• Recruitment is purely on a contract basis as per the project’s policy, and positions will cease once the project is completed.

General Terms & Conditions

• Screening Process: Candidates will go through a screening test conducted by ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency). However, provisional screening does not guarantee final selection; detailed scrutiny will be performed after the test.
• Shortlisting and Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.
• Project Duration: Positions are available only for the life of the project. Upon completion of the project, the positions will be abolished.
• Pay Package: A lump sum pay package will be offered, in accordance with the Government Project Policy.
