- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience with at least 5 years in SAM/Recovery/Collection, particularly in SME/Consumer/Leasing/Agri. Assets in the banking sector or a relevant organization.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required; preference for candidates with LLB or a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Responsibilities:
- Report to Head SAM (North/South) and implement recovery plans.
- Manage NPLs, charged-off portfolios, and ensure timely recovery through various means including litigation.
- Handle legal and disciplinary proceedings, and manage relationships with borrowers and authorities.
- Eligibility: Maximum age of 46 years as of the closing date. Preference will be given to candidates with domicile of Interior Sindh.
