Government of Pakistan Frequency Allocation Board Vacancy Announcement: The Frequency Allocation Board (FAB), Islamabad, invites applications for various positions under the project titled “Establishment of Islamabad Monitoring Station Housing FAB HQ’s Building.” These positions are on a contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, extendable until the project’s completion. The salary packages will be as per the PSDP-funded Project staff guidelines.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

1. Deputy Project Director (Civil) (PPS-9)
   • No. of Positions: 01
   • Age Limit: Minimum 40 years
   • Qualifications: BSc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-accredited university with a minimum 3.5 CGPA. Valid PEC registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
   • Experience: Minimum 12 years of field experience in construction/planning activities. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Primavera-P6.
2. Assistant Director (Civil) (PPS-7)
   • No. of Positions: 01
   • Age Limit: Minimum 28 years
   • Qualifications: BSc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-accredited university with a minimum 3.5 CGPA. Valid PEC registration.
   • Experience: Minimum 05 years of field experience in construction/planning activities.
3. Assistant Director (Electrical/Mechanical) (PPS-7)
   • No. of Positions: 01
   • Age Limit: Minimum 28 years
   • Qualifications: BSc. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-accredited university with a minimum 3.5 CGPA. Valid PEC registration.
   • Experience: Minimum 05 years
4. Assistant Director (Planning Engineer) (PPS-7)
   • No. of Positions: 01
   • Age Limit: Minimum 28 years
   • Qualifications: BSc. Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-accredited university with a minimum 3.5 CGPA. Valid PEC registration.
   • Experience: Minimum of 05 years. Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. PMP certification is a must.
5. Engineering Supervisor (Civil) (PPS-4)
   • No. of Positions: 01
   • Age Limit: Minimum 25 years
   • Qualifications: 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering with at least 1st division from a recognized technical board.
   • Experience: Minimum 04 years of hands-on experience in the construction of multi-story buildings.
6. Engineering Supervisor (Electrical) (PPS-4)
   • No. of Positions: 01
   • Age Limit: Minimum 25 years
   • Qualifications: 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) with at least 1st division from a recognized technical board.
   • Experience: Minimum 04 years of hands-on experience in the construction of multi-story buildings.
7. Quantity Surveyor (PPS-4)
   • No. of Positions: 01
8. AutoCAD Operator (PPS-4)
   • No. of Positions: 01
   • Qualifications: AutoCAD Diploma certificate (06 months) from a reputed institute.
   • Experience: Minimum of 05 years.
9. Driver (PPS-2)
   • No. of Positions: 01
   • Age Limit: Minimum 25 years
   • Qualifications: Matriculation.
   • Experience: Minimum of 02 years. Must have a valid driving license.
