Applications are invited for various Contract/Fixed Pay Positions at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (FAHS), Faculty of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (FVAS), Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Computing (FOC), and Department of English Language & Literature (DELL) as per the following details:

1. Professor Positions (FAHS)

• Departments:
  • Dental Technology
  • Emergency Care Technology
  • Medical Imaging Technology
  • Surgical Technology
  • Anesthesia Technology
  • Physical Therapy
  • Orthotics & Prosthetics
• Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D.
• Experience:
  • 15 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized University or postgraduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National/International organization. OR
  • 10 years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized university or postgraduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National/International organization.
• Publications: 15 research publications.

2. Associate Professor Positions (FAHS)

• Departments:
  • Dental Technology
  • Emergency Care Technology
  • Medical Imaging Technology
  • Surgical Technology
  • Anesthesia Technology
  • Physical Therapy
  • Orthotics & Prosthetics
• Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D.
• Experience:
  • 10 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized University or postgraduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National/International organization. OR
  • 5 years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized university or postgraduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National/International organization.
• Publications: 10 research publications

3. Assistant Professor Positions (FAHS)

• Departments:
  • Dental Technology
  • Emergency Care Technology
  • Medical Imaging Technology
  • Surgical Technology
  • Anesthesia Technology
  • Physical Therapy
  • Orthotics & Prosthetics
• Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D.
• Publications: Not required.

4. Lecturer Positions (FAHS, FVAS, Faculty of Pharmacy, FOC, DELL)

• Departments: Various as listed.
• Minimum Qualifications:
  • For FAHS: BS degree (1st Class) in the relevant field (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.
  • For FVAS, Faculty of Pharmacy, FOC, DELL: M.Phil./MS degree in the relevant field awarded after 18 years of education from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.
• Experience: Preferably 2 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university.

5. Teaching Assistant/Junior Lecturer Positions (FOC, FVAS, Faculty of Pharmacy, DELL)

• Minimum Qualifications: 1st Class Master’s Degree (16 years of education).

Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration Requirements:
   • PVMC registration is mandatory for DVM.
   • PPC registration is mandatory for Pharmacy.
2. Other Conditions:
   • No 3rd Division in academic career.
   • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
3. Application Process:

   • Submit the application form with all required documents and the application processing fee receipt to the office of the Registrar by Monday, 2nd September 2024.
4. Processing Fees:
   • Rs. 2000/- for Professor & Associate Professor
   • Rs. 1500/- for Assistant Professor
   • Rs. 1000/- for Lecturer & Teaching Assistant
